SOC2 network vulnerability
scanning
Network vulnerability scanning identifies and assesses security weaknesses across both your external, internet-facing systems and your internal network infrastructure.
Industry Recognized Scanner
OpenVAS Vulnerability Scanner
Our scans produce a detailed, professional findings report that explains what systems are online, what ports are exposed, and if running services are vulnerable to exploitation. Run external scans from the cloud, or scan internal networks on the Pro plan using our self-hosted OpenVAS script with results uploaded to Panoptic for centralized reporting.
White Labeled Reports
Make it Your Own
Reports can be customized with your organization's logo on the cover page, adding a professional, branded touch when sharing results with stakeholders or clients.
Actual Exploit Scenarios
See What Bad Guys See
Tailored exploit scenarios explain exactly how vulnerabilities can be chained together by threat actors in real-world exploit campaigns.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many hosts can I scan?
The number of IP addresses you can scan depends on your subscription tier. The free trial supports up to 1 IP address, while the Basic plan allows 75, Premium covers 300, and the Pro plan supports up to 7,500 IP addresses. CIDR ranges are calculated based on their actual IP count (e.g., /24 = 256 IPs, /16 = 65,536 IPs).
How long do network vulnerability scans take to complete?
Network vulnerability scans typically take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours, depending on the number of IP addresses and the complexity of exposed services. This applies to both external and internal network scans.
How much does a network vulnerability scan cost?
This depends on the plan you select. A free trial is available for quick one-off scans. Otherwise, plans are priced from $25 to $200 per month depending on if you need white labeled reports and how many hosts you need to scan. Internal network scanning is available on the Pro plan.
